Coffee and tea are included in the price for office and conference room rental, cold drinks will be gladly provided additionally upon request, these will be charged according to consumption.

Exceeding the period of use is only permitted with express consent. We charge €39 per hour for any extension beyond the booked period. Outside our regular opening hours (9am - 6pm) and at weekends, we charge €39 per hour or part thereof. At this point we would like to inform you - for the sake of good form - about any cancellation fees that may be incurred if a booked room is not used as follows:

- in case of cancellation up to 2 business days (MO-FR 09.00 - 18.00) prior to the booked room usage, no cancellation fees will be charged
- in case of cancellation one business day (MO-FR 09.00 - 18.00) before the booked use of the room, a cancellation fee of 50% of the booking amount will be charged
- in case of cancellation on the business day (MO-FR 09.00 - 18.00) of the booked room usage, a cancellation fee of 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

In addition to an inexpensive meeting room, which can accommodate up to ten people, we also have a suitable solution if you are looking for a retreat where you can work undisturbed, productively and efficiently. Here we offer a generous selection of workstations. For people who prefer an individual coworking space or do not have an office available, we provide an appropriate space that can accommodate up to six employees. Day offices, meanwhile, provide a quiet environment for greater concentration and productivity - whether working alone or in smaller groups. The conference room you book has excellent technical equipment and is air-conditioned, so you can work productively even in summer. Furthermore, you will be personally attended to by our friendly on-site staff during your meetings.

Comfortable catering at the workplace

It is our top priority that you as well as your guests lack nothing during the use of our office space. After all, everyone should always feel comfortable in our conference rooms. Therefore, we are happy to provide selected beverages for you to consume during your stay. Coffee and tea are included in the price of a rental, but if you wish, we can also provide cold drinks and charge for them according to consumption. This way, you and your guests will always keep a cool head even during long meetings and can fully concentrate on business.

Are drinks included with a rental?

For your booked stay in our premises, we will be happy to provide you with coffee and tea included in the price. If you wish, we can also provide you with cold drinks, which we charge for separately.

How much does an extended stay in a conference room cost?

The cost for exceeding the period of use of our premises is 39,- Euro per hour. However, an extension of the booking period is possible only after consultation and approval.
