Please note: The order is placed for the period and at the price stated in the invoice. Upon conclusion of the contract, an advance postage payment of €50.00 must be made. Mail forwarding will only be carried out if sufficient postage credit is available. For scan services via e-mail or app, €0.70 for the first page and €0.10 for each additional page per letter will be deducted from the postage credit. Any remaining postage credit will be refunded at the end of the contract. This offer is intended exclusively for business customers and covers letter mail only, not parcels or merchandise shipments. Where mail is provided electronically, the customer is obliged to check the relevant e-mail inbox and/or app regularly. Our obligations are fulfilled once the mail has been made available electronically. Receipt of electronic communications is the responsibility of the customer. Digitised mail will be stored for 3 months and deleted thereafter. The customer confirms the accuracy of all information provided. We reserve the right to request additional security in certain contractual situations. Where agreed, the signatory shall be personally liable for claims arising from the contractual relationship. We shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence and – to the extent legally permissible – limited to a maximum of five times the annual fee payable by the customer. This limitation does not apply to damages arising from injury to life, body or health. Place of jurisdiction is Munich. German law shall apply.
