The order is placed for the period specified in the invoice at the price indicated. An advance postage payment of 50 euros must be made at the time the contract is concluded. Once the postage credit is depleted, a new postage invoice will be automatically issued. Mail forwarding will only take place with an existing postage credit. For forwarding incoming letters via email, 70 cents will be deducted from the postage credit for the first page and 10 cents for each additional page per letter. Any remaining postage credit at the end of the contract will be refunded.
This offer is exclusively for commercial customers and applies solely to the forwarding of letter mail items, excluding merchandise. If we have agreed to provide mail to the customer electronically, the customer is required to check the corresponding medium daily. Our obligation is fulfilled once the mail has been sent electronically. The receipt of the mail is the responsibility of the customer. Digitalized mail will be stored for 3 months and then deleted. We are not obligated to retain the mail for a longer period.
The purchase is assumed to be a commercial customer unless they expressly notify us of their non-commercial status at the time of placing order. We shall only be liable for intent or gross negligence, and, to the extent permitted by law, our liability shall be limited to five times the annual remuneration payable by the customer. This limitation of liability does not apply in cases of injury to life, body, or health.
The place of jurisdiction for any disputes shall be Munich, and German law shall apply.
